Holly Essuman

Holly founded The Reformer Studio and The School of Reform with a clear mission: to raise standards, create safer studio environments, and redefine what modern Pilates education should look like. After years working within the fast-growing boutique fitness industry, she saw a gap between traditional training and the real demands of commercial studios. This led her to design her own qualifications, now endorsed by Transcend, focused on confidence, quality, and studio-ready teaching. Today, Holly oversees quality assurance, assessment, and ongoing programme development, remaining deeply committed to supporting instructors, empowering studios, and shaping the future of the Pilates industry.
