What you'll explore

The course focuses on understanding what effective, well-organised movement looks like across key joints and movement patterns.

Areas of focus include:

  • Foot and ankle mechanics, including pronation and supination

  • Knee flexion and extension

  • Hip flexion, extension, abduction, and external rotation

  • Shoulder flexion, extension, and rotational movement

Through a balance of theory and practical demonstration, you’ll develop:

  • A clearer eye for movement quality

  • Awareness of common compensations

  • A practical framework for observing and understanding movement

  • Greater confidence in assessing readiness for further training
