This workshop may be the right next step if:

-
You are interested in Dynamic Reformer Instructor Training but do not currently meet the anatomy entry requirements
-
You want to explore alternative entry pathways without committing to a full qualification
-
You value learning environments that are considered, practical, and standards-led
-
You want clarity around movement quality before progressing further

What you'll explore
The workshop focuses on understanding what effective, well-organised movement looks like across key joints and movement patterns.

Areas of focus include:

Foot and ankle mechanics, including pronation and supination
-
Knee flexion and extension
-
Hip flexion, extension, abduction, and external rotation

Through a balance of theory and practical demonstration, you’ll develop:

A clearer eye for movement quality
-
Awareness of common compensations
-
A practical framework for observing and understanding movement
-
Greater confidence in assessing readiness for further training
