If you do not currently hold a qualification in anatomy through a Degree or a recognised fitness qualification, you will be required to complete our Anatomy Workshop prior to enrolling.
Upon successful completion, you will then be eligible to enrol on the Dynamic Reformer Pilates Training Course. The workshop covers anatomy specifically related to Reformer Pilates, equipping you with the essential knowledge and confidence required to progress onto the full training programme.
A recognised Matwork Pilates qualification is accepted as a pre-requisite for our Reformer Pilates Qualification.
However, if you do not hold a Matwork qualification but have alternative relevant credentials, such as Personal Training, Physiotherapy, or a professional Dance qualification, you are still eligible to enrol.
If you do not currently hold any health or fitness qualifications, we recommend completing our Anatomy Workshop prior to enrolment to ensure you have the foundational knowledge required for the course.
Our Reformer Pilates and Wunda Chair training is delivered over three in-person training days. From the start of the course, qualification is typically completed within approximately 12 weeks.
Our Pre and Postnatal CPD and Anatomy Workshop are one-day training courses, with an average qualification timeframe of around six weeks.
The overall duration is dependent on your readiness to be assessed and the timely completion of all required coursework.
Each of our training pages includes a list of examples of accepted qualifications for that course. If your Degree/ Certification (or similar) if not listed and you are unsure you can contact us at school@reformerstudio.co.uk(mailto:school@reformerstudio.co.uk)
