This focused workshop has been created for instructors who want to confidently and safely support clients through pregnancy and the postnatal period, using the Reformer with clarity, care, and appropriate modification.

Delivered by the School of Reform in partnership with The Reformer Studio, this workshop combines current understanding of physiological change with practical application on the Reformer.
