What does the course include?

The School of Reform has designed this programme to maximise learning while fitting around real life and existing commitments.

All course materials are accessible online, with studio-based training delivered in small, supported groups.​

  • 1 multiple-choice assessment

  • 1 in-person practical teaching assessment (1-to-1)

Learning objectives

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

Teaching & delivery​

  • Teach safe, effective Reformer Pilates classes and 1-to-1 sessions

  • Use verbal, visual, and kinesthetic cueing effectively

  • Create structured, flowing class plans​​

Programming & progression​

  • Deliver intelligent exercise progressions and regressions

  • Understand exercise layering and sequencing

  • Build dynamic programmes that support long-term client progression​​

​

Adaptation & client needs​

  • Adapt exercises for a range of abilities and common conditions

  • Apply modified exercises for basic pathologies

  • Confidently work with pre- and post-natal considerations

This course is suitable for qualified movement professionals looking to train as Reformer Pilates instructors.​

Investment: £1,750​

Payment terms: First payment secures your place. Final payment is due four weeks before the course start date.

Additional cost:
Students are required to purchase The Pocket Atlas of the Moving Body by Mel Cash (£12.99, available via Amazon).

While completion of this course does not automatically guarantee employment within our studios, graduates are fully qualified as certified Reformer Pilates Instructors and are supported in applying for roles within our network or building their own practice.
