Introducing the home of Prince the Golden Retriever. Or more importantly - our flagship studio! Opened in June 2023, our West Bridgford studio was our first site to have its own dedicated front entrance. Host to our Head Office, we fully renovated this site bringing in a brand-new interior whilst keeping some nostalgia by installing mirrors from our Lace Market site.

Timetable
Our studios each have a unique timetable based on the qualifications and strengths of our instructors at each site. This locations boast over 10 class types to choose from. You can view our live timetable here right now.
Contact
Location: We are located on Great Hampton Street, just to the left of The Church Pub in the old Lloyds bank building. Look out for our logo on the front of the building and we’ll open the door for you 10 minutes prior to class. Please leave ample time to park and find the studio as we will not allow entry past the class start time. Once the door is closed and signage is up the class has started.
Parking: Monday to Friday you can park outside the studio between 9:15am- 4:45pm (please check the signage of what side of the street you should be parked on between these times). Outside of those times it’s best to park in Buckingham Street Car Park which is just around the corner from the studio, or the Jewellery Quarter Multi Storey. Saturday and Sunday you can park outside the studio at any time.
